Did not deliver / very rude
I was promised a 1pm delivery. At 2:30 I contacted the company and was informed they were late (obviously). When I asked what time to expect them, I was told "how about last thing of the day". I called back at 4:30 and was informed he would not deliver the sod. No offers to make better or to reduce payment (etc.). The manager was quite rude and still has not delivered my sod. I guess it's a wasted Saturday and our house will go on the market next week. Thanks for bad service AAA.
